My lino cut illustrations vividly capture the essence of the English countryside, blending intricate detail with bold, expressive lines. Drawing inspiration from nature’s landscapes, flora, and wildlife, my work evokes a sense of serenity, connection, and timeless beauty, reflecting the quiet strength of rural life in Dorset. The process starts out as drawing when walking in the West Dorset countryside. These are then developed at home, in producing a final design using a combination of lino cutting, painting and Adobe Illustrator.
